Brian is passionate about customer experience and seeing things from the customer’s perspective.  He draws on his background in philosophy, customer service, and education to help organizations deliver the best customer experience possible.

Previously, he worked in social services, where he empowered under-resourced communities through technology, education, and innovation.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Rutgers University, and is bilingual, with fluency in English and Spanish.
