Cathy is a dedicated advocate for the importance of the customer journey and believes in the power of insights to drive results. As a project manager, she has a facility for developing and unleashing the potential of cross-functional teams and knows how to balance strategy, schedules, and accountability with good humor, flexibility, and efficacy. She embraces change and is driven by key metrics, curiosity, and a passion for best practices.
Over more than 20 years on both the client and agency sides of the business, Cathy has executed complex internal and external strategies for Fortune 500 and nonprofit clients, including ConAgra, DowBrands, Honeywell, 3M, Target (Mervyns), RBC Dain Rauscher, Doing Good Together, International Institute of Minnesota, St. Paul Foundation, Blake School, Breck School, and National Easter Seals
She received her bachelor’s from Mount Holyoke College and earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California-San Diego.
