Julie believes that with the proper tools, training, and change management strategies, companies can maximize human potential, retain customers, and achieve financial goals.
Julie understands the importance of speed and agility to organizations, so she develops tools that help deliver projects on time, in scope, and on budget. Over the past two decades, she’s led teams in health care marketing and program development for Optum and Cigna. Prior to that, she introduced project management best practices to Larsen, a Minneapolis graphic design firm, and led its project management team.
Julie holds a bachelor’s in marketing management from Concordia University, and she is a continuous learner, having completed two mini-MBA courses in business management and nonprofit management at St. Thomas University. Julie is also a hospice volunteer and a member of the Board of Trustees for Allina Health Hospice Foundation.
