She has a 20-plus year background in brand development, account management, multi-channel marketing, and strategic insights and positioning.
Laura has a long string of successes leading projects for blue-chip brands, growth-oriented businesses, and startups. Her industry expertise spans a broad spectrum of sectors, including financial, health care, institutions, medical technology, nonprofits, retail, and technology.
She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Minnesota, and completed post-graduate studies in marketing and business administration there and at St. Thomas University. Her certifications in qualitative research from the University of Minnesota and RIVA Institute make her a strong advocate for the voice of the customer and a better customer experience.
