Marketing Operations Manager

Lisa draws on her background in human services, non-profit program management, and project coordination to guide Heart of the Customer’s marketing strategy.  

Using her curiosity and creativity, Lisa delivers meaningful content while bringing the ideas and vision the Heart of the Customer team offers into life.   

She holds a bachelor’s degree in German, Scandinavian, & Dutch from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her spouse and their four pets.
