A while back, I set out to discover precisely why some CX leaders were so successful while others (more accurately, most) struggled to move the needle. Back then, I had no idea my curiosity would lead to a massive two-year research undertaking involving hundreds of hours of interviews with CX professionals and hundreds more survey responses.
As I got more and more interviews under my belt, I couldn’t get the findings out of my head. I was so inspired by what these successful leaders were doing…and surprised that so little of what I was hearing appears in “typical” CX content. Especially since what I learned pointed to a game-changing CX strategy that was proven to yield solid, real-world business results.
I knew I had to get the word out.
Those findings led me to write my new book, Do B2B Better (due out in just a few weeks, on CX Day), which lays out four key differentiators that my research determined set Change Makers apart…and how you can implement them to improve the customer experience and business health of your own organization.
