One-on-One Coaching: a Two-Hour CX Consultation

Discuss your journey mapping project with one of your workshop leaders for advice on how to advance your customer journey mapping initiative. Web-based consultation to be scheduled following the workshop. $500

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to participate in a workshop for which you are registered, we will refund 75% of the fee you paid if we receive your notification of cancellation (via email to workshops@heartfofthecustomer.com) at least 14 days prior to the workshop; no refunds for cancellations received within 14 days of the workshop.

Registered participants may send a substitute at no additional charge, so we encourage you to find someone to take your place if you are not able to attend.
