Susan is passionate about meeting the needs of Heart of the Customer clients and helping them succeed. Adept at oversight and expert at administration, as Head of Finance and HR, she keeps the heart of Heart of the Customer beating. Susan also enjoys doing demographic mapping, combining public and private resources to clearly communicate the data.
Previously, Susan worked as office manager at the Broadhead ad agency, and earlier in her career, she was the research and mapping director of the nonprofit Metropolitan Area Research Corporation.
She earned her bachelor’s in anthropology at Macalester College, and holds a master’s degree in geography from the University of Minnesota. Susan likes to “think globally and act locally,” and regularly contributes her time and resources to community organizations.
