She graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a bachelor’s degree in management and has implemented and directed corporate and retail payment systems at U.S. Bank. She oversees all aspects of marketing at Heart of the Customer, while also leading HoC’s project management team to help organizations execute their journey experience improvements.
