Jenita Swenson started her Heart of the Customer career as a project manager, where she specialized in leading complex initiatives to specific, discernable results, leveraging insights to execute growth strategies, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to create meaningful impact. Her work has spanned across software, healthcare, and B2B brands, where she has been instrumental in leading initiatives which have dramatically improved customer and employee journeys.
As Head of Operations, Jenita’s role is to provide our operations team the structure and learning opportunities desired for an exceptional employee experience, so they are empowered to deliver top-notch experiences for our clients.
Her background is in the banking industry where she has provided consumer lending, implemented corporate payment systems, and led a co-branded retail credit card program. She graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a bachelor’s degree in management.
