As a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) and Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist (CPIS), she confidently supports multiple cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles with best practices from project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Tamika also excels as a Qualtrics CX Technology Consultant and XM Scientist, implementing and optimizing solutions to enable organizations exceed their customer experience and business goals. Her collaboration style and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights makes her a valuable asset to the team.
She holds a bachelor’s in physical anthropology with a minor in society and genetics from the University of California – Los Angeles. Tamika aims to be as active as possible and enjoys camping and exploring the natural beauty of Minnesota with her family.
