Tamika draws upon her unique background in non-profit volunteer management, healthcare, and anthropology to deliver creative and innovative project management. She is passionate about empowering clients to improve their organization’s customer experience through customer-focused change.
Tamika has extensive leadership experience working with high-value stakeholders to focus on long-term retention efforts and continuous engagement strategies. As a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM), her carefully honed skill sets allow her to confidently support multiple cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles.
She holds a bachelor’s in physical anthropology with a minor in society and genetics from the University of California – Los Angeles. Tamika aims to be as active as possible, and enjoys camping and exploring the natural beauty of Minnesota with her family.
